86K1098 - Injector sleeve as fitted to the Leyland 4/98 and 6/98 engines.
This injector sleeve must be rolled top and bottom with Churchill service tools as shown in the picture. All sleeves should be fitted with 86K1099 injector washer. Late engines are fitted with a O-ring 86K906 - Please check if your engine had O-rings fitted or not and put them back if they came out.
