18G8238 - Riveted dry brake disc. Fitted to Nuffield and Leyland tractors with dry disc brakes.
Fitted to the following tractors:
Nuffield 10/42, 10/60, 3/45, 4/65
Leyland 344, 384, 253, 255, 270, 245, 262, 462, 272, 472, 282, 482
Note: 4 discs are required per tractor, 2 in each brake housing. The brake disc outside diameter is 163mm
It is recommended that when replacing the brake discs or brake linings that the brake actuator springs and balls are replaced. This will help minimise the chance of the brakes grabbing (locking) during operation.
If the brakes continue to grab after fitting new discs or the brake actuator is cracked, damaged or shows signs of excessive wear then you should replace the complete unit.

Brake actuator spring, part no 27H3503 (3 per actuator)
Brake actuator ball, part no BLS128 (5 per actuator)
